Benefits Within the Village
As part of the Crighton Groups' commitment to Provide, Encourage and Educate, a high level of physical amenity will be provided at the Heritage.
Including;
- Community built spaces - featuring lounge, dining room, kitchen, laundry, library, craft rooms, multi-function auditorium, gymnasium, games room, heated swimming pool, workshop, meeting rooms, consultation rooms and cafe.
- Community Open Spaces - featuring walking / cycling trails, courtyards, village square, communal vegetable gardens, picnic facilities, activity lawn, open space, tennis court, parkland.
Beyond the mere provision of physical amenity, a first class management structure (by Crighton Properties) will oversee the co-ordination of physical amenity and service delivery of;
- On-Site Caretaker - permanent caretaking staff on call 24 hours per day. The caretaker will have first aid and/or paramedic/nursing experience.
- Meals and Cleaning Services - In addition to a kitchen and laundry being provided within every house, and a communal kitchen and laundry provided within the community facilities, home delivered meals, personal laundering and home cleaning services will also be offered at "The Heritage".
- Personal Care and Nursing Care.
- Village Maintenance.
- Inter-Village TV Link - An inter-village television link will be available to all homes in the village thus providing a readily screened update of special events, social activities, news, reminders etc.
- Village Bus - to be used for shopping trips, social outings and other special purposes.
- Medical Services - The consulting rooms in the Country Club/community centre for use by visiting medical and allied health care providers, to provide selected services, to the Heritage residents and to the general community of Bathurst.
